Before Google forms were set up, the question flow was built in Miro.
SCRIPT FLOW
Based on the quantitative research, the questions for the second phase of qualitative research were elaborated.
1:1 INTERVIEWS
Interviews were conducted via Google Meet using custom scripts for each user and the chat sessions lasted 45 minutes each.
In addition to the user, two people participated in the interviews: a moderator who conducted the conversation and a listener who took notes.
DATA ANALYSIS + AFFINITY MAP
Survey data were analyzed and classified according to: facts, patterns, behaviors and insights.
Platform used: Miro.
PERSONAS & USER JOURNEY MAP
Based on the data from the surveys and insights from the affinity map, 4 personas and their respective user journey maps were created.
Used platforms: Figma and Miro.
